Citrine Pilates & Wellness innovates the form of Pilates and customizes the approach to whole body health and wellness. Using movement as a balancing factor to integrate your body’s specific and unique needs, the Citrine practice restructures and reawakens your core support and helps you meet your fitness goals in a deeper and more sustainable way.
Informed by a deep study of movement and healing modalities, the Citrine practice supports you where you are by balancing mobility, strength, and physical function, and is ideal for people who need to address pain or discomfort related to injury, scoliosis, disc herniation, and a range of other issues.
Over the course of her 20+ year career in body movement practices, Hilary Clark, founder of Citrine Pilates & Wellness, is widely recognized for her deep knowledge of anatomy and her ability to identify sources of structural strengths and challenges. Hilary’s body-positive practice is informed by extensive training in somatic movement practices, Pilates, Yoga, Ayurveda, Fascial Fitness, Myofascial Release Therapy, Body Talk Access, and multiple years of study with neuromuscular therapist Irene Dowd.
